Manage sales operations in your assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
· Extensively travel within the assigned territory and engage with partners to build customer funnels.
· Build and manage strong sales funnels.
· Ensure achievement of company sales target and profitability by working closely with local teams.
· Identify skill gaps and conduct training to sales team.
· Timely execution of orders received from partners.
· Execute marketing plan, sales tactics in the assigned region.
· Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
· Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
· Support marketing activities and build strong relationships with customers for business growth and to maximize sales.
· Maintain and develop effective relationships with vendor, ensuring focus on vendor objectives.
